We are sure that you will be satisfied with your purchase from new bright party supply.

In the rare event if you find a product with quality issue, please contact us within 7 working days and we can arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Returned items must be in brand new, unused condition and in original packaging along with a copy of the original receipt. Please take notice the delivery fee is not refundable.

 

Change of Mind

 NO REFUNDS will be given if your circumstance has changed your mind.

 

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Should you have the unfortunate experience of receiving a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within 7 days of purchase by email. A refund or replacement item is conditional in the case that 

  • You email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase to notify us about the damaged or faulty item.
  • You supply a photo/video of the damaged/faulty product.
  • You please keep the postage packaging and receipt as proof of purchase.

 Once the damaged or faulty products has received and checked by us we can provide refund, exchange or store credit, please leave a note whether you need refund, store credit or exchange along with returned package.

Please bear in mind that we do hold the right to inspect or test the product to determine if it is, in our opinion, damaged or faulty.

 

Faulty Balloons

We only sell quality balloons, They are quality checked and should arrive to you in perfect condition. Please fully inspect the balloon before inflation for any defects and report any issues to us immediately (we cannot accept claims if the balloon has been discarded). Helium inflation requires special knowledge and care as over inflation or inflating too quickly can cause the balloon seams to burst or leak. Air temperature variations can also cause premature deflation of balloons. These factors may cause you to assume there is a fault with the balloon when, in fact, there is not, and therefore we are unfortunately unable to accept claims for faulty balloons once inflation attempts have been made.

 

Return of “Late” or return to sender packages

The delivery estimates provided on our site are not guaranteed delivery times and actual delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. Should your parcel arrive later than your event, you may return the items to us, and our 'change of mind' refund policy applies.

If for whatever reason you do not take delivery of your items or you have entered your address incorrectly and your order is returned to us you will be entitled to a refund (excluding original delivery charges and/or any return charges we have incurred).

 

How it will return:

 

You will be refunded the same way you paid. If you paid via:


Credit Card or PayPal: Your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from.


Direct deposit: We will contact you for your bank account details and the refund will be deposited into your account.


Store Credit: Your refund amount will be issued in the form of a new voucher or credit.


AfterPay: If you are returning your entire order and have already made one or more payments, the total amount will be refunded to your debit/ credit card.
If you are returning only part of your order, the refund amount will be deducted from your final installment.

 

For example, let's say you made a $200 purchase using AfterPay (4 instalments of $50 each) and wish to return items worth $120. Once we have received your return we will notify AfterPay that your return has been processed and your 3rd and 4th installments will be cancelled & your 2nd installment would be amended to $30. Your new payment schedule would become 2 payments (instead of 4) of $50 & $30.
