New Bright Party Supply is pleased to be able to offer a delivery service nationwide in New
Zealand.


 
Monday to Friday, orders submitted before 2 PM  normally will sent out on the same day. On
busy days may be delayed one day, not longer than 48 hours. Orders submitted over the
weekend will be arranged for delivery on followed Monday.


 
If we cannot meet these time frames due to an item being temporarily out of stock or a quality
issue, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a refund or replace other items.


  
Authority to Leave:
We exclusively use Post Haste for deliveries. By default, you authorize leave without a signature,
which may carry some risk of loss. If you prefer to opt for leave with a signature, please indicate
'Signature Required' in the notes section when placing your order."

Auckland Rural: from 13.99 NZD depending on actual size and weight


Northland Non-Rural: from 12.99 NZD depending on actual size and weight


Northland Rural: from 15.50 NZD depending on actual size and weight


Southland Non-Rural: from 16.80 NZD depending on actual size and weight


Southland Rural: from 17.50 NZD depending on actual size and weight
 
Please note that the shipping fees generated at the time of order placement on our website are
approximate estimates. These estimates are based on factors such as your specific address, the
volume, and weight of the items. They may not be 100% accurate and can vary. In the event of
any discrepancy, we will contact you. Should there be an overcharge or undercharge, we will
contact you to either arrange for additional shipping fees, provide a refund, or a credit.
For oversized items, you have the option to arrange for your own shipping company to pick up
your order. Please ensure that pickups are scheduled during our business hours.

Delivery Times:
 
Once your order has been dispatched our delivery time frames are as follows:
 
 Auckland area: 1-3 working days
 Auckland Rural: 2-4 working days
 North Island: 1-3 working days
 South Island 1-3 working days
 
P.O Boxes: Please note that our courier is unable to deliver to P.O Boxes. Please provide a
physical street address in New Zealand.
Delivery time frames are for business days only and do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Public
Holidays.
 
Please note that these are targeted delivery timeframes - disruptions such as bad weather can
cause delays. Delays can also occur at busy times of the year such as Christmas due to
additional freight volumes. We recommend keeping an eye on tracking to ensure your parcel is
delivered on time.
 
Tracking Your Parcel:
Your tracking number will be emailed to you automatically with your shipping confirmation so that
you can track and trace your order online. If you do not receive your order within our delivery
timeframes, please either contact the courier company with your tracking details.

Bar code enter the consignment number (Example:8vv00009425) to track it
