New Bright Party Supply pleased to be able to offer a delivery service nationwide in New Zealand.

 

 Monday to Friday, ordered that submitted before 2PM  normally will sent out at the same day, on busy day may delay one day, not longer than 48 hours. Orders that submitted over weekend will arrange delivery on followed Monday.

 

 If for some reason we cannot meet these time frames due to an item being temporarily out of stock or quality issue we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange refund or replace to other items.

 

We cooperate with Post Haste delivery company, A signature is required upon delivery unless otherwise specified by you at checkout.

 

Authority to Leave:

By default, all parcel required a signature, however we can provide an authority to leave without signature if you prefer. Please leave message during check out including your details such as where do you wish to parcel to be left in the delivery instruction field.

Please note that neither new bright party nor our delivery company be responsible for parcels once delivery had been made when an authority to leave has been provided. This includes replacement of or refunds for parcels tampered with, lost or stolen following delivery.

Auckland Local:from 7.99NZD depend on actual size and weight

Auckland Rural: from 11.99 NZD depend on actual size and weight

Northland &Southland: from 11.99 NZD depend on actual size and weight

 Delivery Times:

 

Once your order has been dispatched our delivery time frames are as follows:

 

  • Auckland area: 1-3 working days
  • Auckland Rural: 2-4 working days
  • North Island: 2-5working days
  • South Island 2-5working days

 

P.O Boxes: Please note that our courier is unable to deliver to P.O Boxes. Please provide a physical street address in New Zealand.

Delivery time frames are for business days only and do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.

 

 Please note that these are targeted delivery timeframes - disruptions such as bad weather can cause delays. Delays can also occur at busy times of the year such as Christmas due to additional freight volumes. We recommend keeping an eye on tracking to ensure your parcel is delivered on time.

 

Tracking Your Parcel:

Your tracking number will be emailed to you automatically with your shipping confirmation so that you can track and trace your order online. If you do not receive your order within our delivery timeframes, please either contact the courier company with your tracking details, or let us know so that we can follow up with the courier.
