Returns Policy

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under New Zealand Consumer Law. Please read carefully to understand your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, we will offer a refund provided that:

• Goods are returned or exchanged within 14 working days of receipt. After this period, you may no longer be entitled to a refund or exchange.
• The items are returned in original, unused condition and packaging, along with any accessories and instruction manuals.
• The order number is included with your return.
• Delivery costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that some items are excluded from the change-of-mind policy, including clearance items.

New Bright Party Supply reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods before offering a repair, exchange, or refund. This assessment may result in a repair, exchange, or refund being refused.

 

Other Returns

New Bright Party Supply will accept product returns and provide a credit, refund, or repair if:

• The product is faulty or not of acceptable quality.
• The product is not fit for its intended purpose.
• The product does not match the sample or description provided.

To initiate a return, please email us with your order number. New Bright Party Supply reserves the right to deny an exchange, refund, or repair if the product fault is due to misuse or neglect.
