This DIY Balloon Garland Kit has everything you need to make your mermaid tail set
12 inch Confetti Gold*10
12 inch Purple , gold, Tiffany blue *10 each
24 inch Foil mermaid tails*2
1 x 5 metre balloon garland strip tape.
1 x samll balloon rope
1 x gule dot
Garland will last for a week or more so can easily be made ahead of time (the balloons will shrink slightly over time).
Latex balloons are 100% biodegradable.
Instructions:
1. Inflate all balloons
2. Put the randomly selected 12 inches balloon knot through strip holes, Drag the balloon knot from bigger hole to smaller holes , tie around the hole again to secure it.
3. Balloon gradually gettin smaller
4. Tie the tails at the end for tail
